We are aware of problems with the registration system (namely the captcha not working when trying to create an account on PRAXIS). This problem is being dealt with, but in the meantime, the deadline for registration at "early bird" fees is postponed to the 4th of July. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Registration fees (prices in Canadian Dollars, CAD)
Full registration:
Student/postdoc (proof requested at the desk):
NEW: Accompanying person (covers the welcome reception, outing and banquet)
For Full Registration and Student/postdoc registration, the fees include most lunches and dinners from Sunday Aug. 17th evening (welcome reception) to Thursday 21st evening (networking event, a.k.a. the banquet). Registered accompanying people can attend the welcome reception, participate to the conference outing, and to the networking event (banquet), on Thursday 21st evening. (Breakfasts and the dinner after the conference outing are on your own.)
Registration process
The registration system is different from the abstract submission system, so you have to create an account again, and then register. If you have difficulties, you can download the detailed instructions at the bottom of this page. During the registration process, you have to select a conference outing option. Please check this page before. You will also be able to specify food restrictions. Accompanying people also have to create an account to register so we can produce a badge, etc.
Policies
By registering, you accept to the following refund policy and harassment policy:
Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available until July 17th, 2025.
- 50% refunds are available until August 9th, 2025.
- No refunds will be provided after August 9th, 2026.
Harassment policy
All attendees should be able to enjoy the conference and its benefits free of discrimination and harassment, and where they can enjoy an environment which encourages the free expression and exchange of scientific ideas, and is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. We will name an advisor who will consult with those who have suffered from harassment and who will suggest ways of redressing their problems, and an advisor who will counsel those accused of harassment. The conference organizers may, after due consideration, take such action they deem appropriate, including the exclusion of individuals responsible for those actions. In such case, the participant will not be refunded nor compensated in any way.
